Job Summary

A financial organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Professional Services Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Managing/resolving a fixed percentage of service cases
  • Test new features and functionality of the financial product suite
  • Engaging with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; may include weekend and holidays
  • Financial institution experience or relevant experience required in applicable field
  • Subject matter expertise in banking deposit products, statement processing, and interest cycles
  • Subject matter expertise in service charging, retirement product processing, and ACH/EFT processing
  • Proficiency in MS office tools
