Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Program Delivery Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment between client demands and delivery
• Monitor day-to-day operations of their team
• Coach, train, and motivate the team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2-5 years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience required
• Recruitment experience in financial services
• Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes
• Experience in coaching and/or managing a team
• Experience in advanced sourcing and recruiting for a client with a defined process
