Job Summary

An educational nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Program Design Managing Director in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing the design, content development, and codification of all programs
• Developing a team-based environment to motivate and inspire staff to work collaboratively toward vision and goals
• Coaching, developing, and managing the Program Design team to inspire staff to do their best work

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of work experience; preferably in education
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Exceptionally strong project management and time management skills
• Strong desire and ability to innovate and adopt new approaches to achieve results
• Demonstrated commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusiveness
