Job Summary
An athletic gender inclusive non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Program Director in Denver.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Continually revising and developing Company curricula and collateral
- Representing Organization through public speaking and other representation at high profile events
- Expanding and developing Organization staff and volunteers involved in program delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Representation at high profile events
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- A history in sport and/or LGBTQ advocacy work
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sports, advocacy or non-profit organizations
- History of supervising a diverse team of employees and/or volunteers
- Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills are required
