Job Summary
A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Program Management Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Focusing on driving meaningful customer/provider experience
- Determining Stakeholders impacted by proposed remediation and innovation
- Delivering on the annual Key Results. Demonstrating the Consumer Health
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 25%
- Three or more years of organizational change management or applicable experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, MA or MS in related field a plus
- Experience and broad knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience supporting large change management initiatives in a large scale business environment
- Demonstrated successful leadership skills
