A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Program Management Tech Project Director in Eden Prairie .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise in Health and Human Service Family Assistance programs, such as SNAP, TANF and Medicaid
• Help drive our product maturity and generate new ideas that promote market growth
• Improve customer experience by translating product strategy into detailed requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

• 8+ years of experience in product management managing a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• 8+ years of experience developing product strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management
• 8+ years of health and human services product management or development-related experience within a Human Services Department in a US State or territory
• 4+ years of experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive development
