Job Summary

An enterprise payroll and accounting software firm is seeking a Telecommute Program Manager and Scrum Master.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading all Agile rituals as required (standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
  • Managing up to 3 Agile teams to solve problems and deliver projects in a challenging, fast paced environment
  • Driving clarity for teams and business minimizing mid sprint surprises

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 5-7 years of project/program management experience within a SAAS product development organization
  • Expertise in Agile /SCRUM/Kanban/SAFe methodologies
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM) or relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence
