Job Summary

A nonprofit is seeking a Telecommute Program Recruitment Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing a strong and sustainable recruiting strategy
  • Nurturing existing program partners and developing new ones
  • Fulfilling short-term and long-term agreements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ YOE demonstrated experience leading a Sales team, membership recruitment, program recruiting, or similar role
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data
  • Proven understanding of telemarketing and digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of sales forecasting and goal setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
