Job Summary
A nonprofit is seeking a Telecommute Program Recruitment Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing a strong and sustainable recruiting strategy
- Nurturing existing program partners and developing new ones
- Fulfilling short-term and long-term agreements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ YOE demonstrated experience leading a Sales team, membership recruitment, program recruiting, or similar role
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data
- Proven understanding of telemarketing and digital marketing
- Solid understanding of sales forecasting and goal setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
