A telecom company is filling a position for a Telecommute Project and Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide project management and technical support for implementation and transitioning services
- Manage new projects. Gather information, configure the system, and schedule the next steps
- Configure and testing voice portals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-5 years of voice/telecommunications/networking technical experience
- Bachelor's in a related technical discipline, or equivalent technical training or work experience
- Strong analytical ability
- Experience troubleshooting problems and identifying creative workarounds
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer networks
