Job Summary

A government relations company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Project Cost Accountant in Anchorage.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reading and translating contracts into Project designs to enter into our accounting system
• Maintaining project-related records, including contracts and change orders
• Authorizing access to project codes for employees and vendors

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel may be required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting with detailed knowledge of project contracts and change order documents
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business, and a web collaboration tool such as SharePoint
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong presentation skills of financial reports at Board level
