Job Summary
A clinical trial services firm has an open position for a Telecommute Project Management Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leads Project Management (PM) department
- Hires, mentors and develops personnel within Project Management department
- Develops KPls, metrics and reports to analyze data for projects and communicate results
Qualifications for this position include:
- Represent SDC and PM at internal meetings, sponsor meetings, and any other multifunctional meetings
- A bachelor's degree, preferable in engineering, applied or life sciences or business is required
- 8 years of experience in project management, business development, contracts management, or purchasing in the clinical trial industry is required
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with clinical trial design and basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines
- Ability to identify issues, and present and implement solutions efficiently and effectively
