Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of web-based and mobile app experience within a project manager or business analyst role
- Knowledge of a variety of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to gather project requirements through a variety of elicitation techniques
