Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing communication between resource and customer
- Generating and sending Business Operations monthly reports to customer
- Serving as the key Business Operations point of contact for each customer
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a customer services role
- 2+ years of experience with SaaS, Cloud Computing or SPM/ICM implementations
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
