Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing communication between resource and customer
• Generating and sending Business Operations monthly reports to customer
• Serving as the key Business Operations point of contact for each customer

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor degree required
• 3+ years of experience in a customer services role
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS, Cloud Computing or SPM/ICM implementations
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
• Proven ability to engage across corporate functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
