Job Summary
A provider of installation management consulting services has a current position open for a Telecommute Project Manager in Denver.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing and managing all project tasks; provides quality assurance and oversight for all project activities
- Coordinating personnel to ensure timeliness, quality deliverables, adherence to project scope, etc
- Providing quality assurance and oversight for all project activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Will work remotely and visit the sites as needed
- BS in architecture, interior design, engineering, business or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Experience as a Project Manager for construction service projects, understanding of project management principles
- 10 years’ experience in construction management, demonstrable experience in managing staff and technical deliverables
- Knowledge of construction methods and techniques, ability to interpret A/E plans and specifications
- Understanding of building codes, regulations and of construction contracting and contract management
