Job Summary

A provider of installation management consulting services is seeking a Telecommute Project Manager in Denver.

Must be able to:

  • Oversee and manage all project tasks
  • Provide quality assurance and oversight for all project activities
  • Coordinate personnel to ensure timeliness, quality deliverables, and adherence to project scope

Required Skills:

  • Visit work sites as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business or a related field
  • Project Manager experience for construction service projects, understanding of project management principles
  • 10 years’ experience in construction management, and in managing staff and technical deliverables
  • Knowledge of construction methods and techniques, ability to interpret A/E plans and specifications
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and of construction contracting and contract management
