A real estate services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Project Manager in Portland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and hands on management/oversight for multiple Projects
- Demonstrating full accountability for end to end management of projects
- Managing vendors to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
