An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Property Damage Claims Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and analyzing multiple complex policies and coverage parts
• Writing and articulating clear coverage positions
• Conducting investigations regarding the claims and/or lawsuits

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least three years of experience handling construction defect claims
• Experience handling claims or its functional equivalent
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• All other requirements necessary for this position
