Job Summary
A real estate services company is seeking a Telecommute Property Management Customer Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leveraging your property management experience as you assist new and current customers
- Helping new customers integrate our solution into their business, configuring the system to their needs
- Digging through sometimes complicated details and actively help resolve customer problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel and attend trade shows a couple of times a year is a plus
- Significant property management experience
- Online training and/or sales demo experience
- Competent with technology and web technologies in particular - Slack, Wikis, spreadsheets, Join.me, WebEx, etc
- Ability to conduct online screen-share sessions through your computer -- we'll provide the software
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
