Job Summary

A real estate services company is seeking a Telecommute Property Management Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leveraging your property management experience as you assist new and current customers
  • Helping new customers integrate our solution into their business, configuring the system to their needs
  • Digging through sometimes complicated details and actively help resolve customer problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willingness to travel and attend trade shows a couple of times a year is a plus
  • Significant property management experience
  • Online training and/or sales demo experience
  • Competent with technology and web technologies in particular - Slack, Wikis, spreadsheets, Join.me, WebEx, etc
  • Ability to conduct online screen-share sessions through your computer -- we'll provide the software
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
