A real estate finance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Property Transaction Accountant.

Must be able to:

  • Review HUD statements on property acquisitions and dispositions
  • Perform quality control for acquisitions and dispositions
  • Ensure documents are complete and accurate

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-4 years of accounting experience, including drafting journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Bank account statement reconciliation experience
  • Highly skilled at understanding and interpreting financial documents
  • Solid Excel skills
