Job Summary
A clinical research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Proposals Associate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading proposal development team to prepare quality, timely proposals for complex studies
- Reviewing proposal outputs for consistency, clarity, and compliance with client RFP requirements
- Providing leadership in the implementation of quality initiatives and processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree or international equivalent
- 5-6 years CRO/pharmaceutical/ biotech office experience
- 4 years supervisory or management level experience
- Experience with CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech drug development processes and/or proposal development processes
- Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required
- All other requirements necessary for this position
