- Manage the development and execution of foundational training
- Develop and facilitate training workshops

- 20% travel
- Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Arts in a relevant scientific discipline
- 5 years experience in pharma/biotech industry
- Knowledge of leading training vendors
- Strong communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills
