Job Summary

A health technology company is seeking a Telecommute Provider Practice Coding Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting data quality reviews of records
• Reviewing medical records and assigns appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10 procedures
• Communicating documentation improvement opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

• Willing and able to travel when necessary
• Associate or Bachelor' degree
• A minimum of 1-5 years of coding experience in a hospital and/or coding consulting role
• Required to take and pass annual Introductory HIPAA examination and other assigned testing
• Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software
