Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Provider Relations Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of providers in the region
  • Developing and maintaining relations through regular visits
  • Managing the credentialing process of new providers and facilitate changes as they occur

Qualifications Include:

  • 25-40% travel
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
  • 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
  • Understanding and comfort with working in complex data systems
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and experience with Medicaid regulations
