A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Provider Relations Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing providers within assigned territory
- Identifying and solving a range of problems within area of expertise
- Investigating non-standard requests and problems
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in claims research and issue resolution
- 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
