Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Provider Relations Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in end-to-end provider claims and helping enhance call quality
• Assisting in efforts to enhance ease of use of physician portal and future services enhancements
• Contributing to design and implementation of programs

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
• 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
• 1+ years of experience with WA State Apple Health, Integrated Managed Care Medicaid regulations
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
