Job Summary
A global healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Provider Relations Advocate .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in end-to-end provider claims and help enhance call quality
- Supporting development and management of provider networks
- Identifying gaps in network composition and services to assist network contracting and development teams
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
