Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Provider Relations Advocate in the Chicago Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support development and management of provider networks
- Help implement training and development of external providers through education programs
- Assist in end-to-end provider claims and help enhance call quality
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 25 % of the time
- 4 years of health care / managed care experience
- 1 years experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations - Kansas, not Chicago
- Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
