A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Provider Services Experience Manager in Richmond.

- Articulating and resolving service impacts
- Performing account management and strategic planning

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel required
- 8-10 years of experience in provider relations or account management/account services
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to leverage matrix resources to drive deliverables
- Understanding of medical insurance products and associated provider issues
