Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Provider Value Based Care Business Change Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying and implementing varied projects, programs and plans
• Developing high level requirements, scope and strategy
• Driving the process to collect detailed business requirements

Required Skills:

• Must be able to work East coast hours
• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
• Experience in representing business needs while driving large scale IT development project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Very strong oral/written/presentation communication skills and facilitation expertise
• Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Project, MS Office tools
