- Directing and conducting statistical analyses of test items
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 15%
- Master’s degree in related field with 7-10 years of applicable experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in test development and psychometric methods
- Graduate training and experience in psychometrics
- Knowledge of SAS or SPSS, Excel, and Word
- Experience in using of IRT software programs
