Job Summary
A public benefit corporation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Public Benefit Corporation Executive Assistant in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Support multiple executives in scheduling of all internal and external meetings
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create and organize meeting prep materials
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of experience providing administrative support
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects and managing multiple work streams
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to proactively align timing and goals
- Excellent organization skills
- Proactive and resourceful problem provider with strong decision making abilities
