Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Public Safety Customer Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting and repairing all cloud/modem based application and hardware issues
- Troubleshooting through any web or modem based application
- Providing remote support and onsite support (as required) for all products
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel about 30% is required
- External Mass Storage configuration administration
- Must have experience in a call center environment supporting contact center/ Public safety products
- Must have 3-5 years of experience with on/off site customer support
- Must have experience in supporting call recording/VoIP recording solutions from providers
- Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server administration and database structure
