Job Summary
A workforce solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Public Sector Regional Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Directing total sales efforts to public sector organizations
- Achieving established goals and objectives for revenue, gross margins and product mix
- Ensuring that all sales goals and project timelines are met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel will be required for customer presentations, attending tradeshows and user groups in assigned markets as well as attending company meetings and marketing events
- 5 years of experience in conceptual and strategic selling of software products
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but equivalent sales experience will be considered
- Experience in prospecting new business opportunities, qualifying customers and identifying business needs and requirements
