Job Summary
A travel management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Publicity Entertainment Travel Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Handle incoming requests via multiple channels
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Appropriately respond and resolve customers inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 plus years' experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems (i.e. GDS)
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
