Job Summary
A literature media company is in need of a Telecommute Publishing Operations Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation ormatting standards, SOPs, and team instructional materials
- Lead the 7-person, offshore-based team responsible for daily content posting
- Support the Content Operations Manager on various special projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in relevant functional roles
- Previous experience overseeing high-volume, production-related operations
- Able to design and launch a process for integrating a new distribution platform
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
- Strategic and critical problem solving skills
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
