An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute PXT R4R Senior Client Lead Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contributing to definition and lead the execution of recruiting strategy
- Insisting on high standards and ensuring operational excellence
- Leading meetings with client groups to include internal movement discussions and consulting in job scoping discussions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of progressive corporate and or search firm recruiting experience
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple client relationships, and projects
