Job Summary

A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute QA Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Testing devices and applications on connected devices
  • Capturing traffic logs and confirm compliance to product standards
  • Helping achieve customer objectives/Success & SLAs for the product solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience in a software product support and verification or a related field
  • Technical background with an understanding of TCP/UDP
  • Understanding of hardware and software configurations
  • Familiarity with network device setups and troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
