Job Summary
A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute QA Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Testing devices and applications on connected devices
- Capturing traffic logs and confirm compliance to product standards
- Helping achieve customer objectives/Success & SLAs for the product solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in a software product support and verification or a related field
- Technical background with an understanding of TCP/UDP
- Understanding of hardware and software configurations
- Familiarity with network device setups and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
