Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is filling a position for a Telecommute QC Correspondent Lending Analyst in Brecksville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing quality control audits of an assigned sample of loan files
• Assisting the SVP Quality Control with projects as needed
• Preparing a report of monthly findings

Qualifications Include:

• Attend relevant loan underwriting, credit analysis, or loan program industry trainings
• A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory rules, laws, regulations, underwriting guidelines, and statutes relevant to the mortgage industry
• Ability to create reports with large amounts of data in Excel
• Working knowledge of loan processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
