Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Quality Assurance Manager in Bergenfield.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the QA team meets the company’s strategic objectives, goals and deliverables
• Create and implement the organizational policies and procedures relating to testing
• Establish procedures to facilitate automated release management and continuous testing

Required Skills:

• Experience in agile environment managing off-site resources across cross-functional agile teams
• Experience with testing platforms MTM
• Able to work with various business units (product, account management, upper management, etc)
• Will start out as mostly manual testing but eventually will grow into automation
