Job Summary

A financial technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Review and evaluate key aspects of the business processes
  • Ensure that execution complies with internal policies and Regulation E requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 to 4 years work experience in compliance, risk management, customer service or banking operations
  • Previous Quality Assurance Analyst experience in a Dispute Call/Center Environment
  • Experience comprehending, and retaining specific knowledge of complex information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
