Job Summary
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that all calls adhere to the quality guidelines as set forth by the client and company
- Monitoring the associates' transactions
- Providing active personal coaching and feedback to the associates
Qualifications Include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel
