Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Specialist in Irving.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing administrative duties as assigned by area manager(s)
- Cross training in Medicaid Eligibility and perform duties accordingly
- Training new/current employees as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel as required for contract support
- Hospital/business experience with insurance procedures and patient interaction
- Strong familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
- Ability to collect, synthesize and research complex or diverse information
- Demonstrated communication, problem solving and case management skills
- Exceptional customer service and the ability to plan organize and exercise sound judgment
