Job Summary
A professional services firm has an open position for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Provide coaching and assistance to Quality Assurance team members
- Process weekly quality data reports to the Quality Assurance Manager
- Work closely with the department Policy and Resource Analysts
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Excellent problem ownership, follow through, and resolution skills
- Work well in establishing and promoting a team-oriented work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and perform functions at varying levels to ensure contract compliance
- Understands basic management approaches
