Job Summary

A professional services firm has an open position for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Provide coaching and assistance to Quality Assurance team members
  • Process weekly quality data reports to the Quality Assurance Manager
  • Work closely with the department Policy and Resource Analysts

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Excellent problem ownership, follow through, and resolution skills
  • Work well in establishing and promoting a team-oriented work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform functions at varying levels to ensure contract compliance
  • Understands basic management approaches
