Job Summary

A provider of insurance services has an open position for a Telecommute Quality Control Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining acceptable client quality SLA / KPI's
  • Developing and conducting coaching programs for QC Reviewers and Loss Control Representatives
  • Performing Quality Control reviews on each QC Reviewer on a regular basis

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe and the G Suite equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Complex problem solving
  • Knowledge of insurance industry including commercial carriers and various regulatory agency requirements
