Job Summary
A provider of insurance services has an open position for a Telecommute Quality Control Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining acceptable client quality SLA / KPI's
- Developing and conducting coaching programs for QC Reviewers and Loss Control Representatives
- Performing Quality Control reviews on each QC Reviewer on a regular basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe and the G Suite equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Complex problem solving
- Knowledge of insurance industry including commercial carriers and various regulatory agency requirements
