Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Quality Environmental Health and Safety Regional Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Arranging monthly safety meetings with operations at respective locations
  • Driving safety performance across a multi-site environment
  • Serving as the company's Safety representative for assigned region, providing technical safety expertise

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be willing to travel 20%
  • Expert on OSHA regulations, Hazmat / Hazwaste
  • Bachelor's degree in scientific area
  • Must be a coach, mentor and educator and team oriented
  • 7 years' experience having managed regional / distributed sites
  • 7 years' related experience and in-depth knowledge of environment, health and safety regulations required
