Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Quality Practice Performance Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Improving the quality of care for Medicare Advantage Members
- Answering inbound calls from patients and/or providers regarding appointments
- Providing ongoing strategic recommendations, training and coaching
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness and ability to travel to providers throughout Rhode Island
- 1 year of customer/patient outreach experience
- 1 years of healthcare industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of experience working for a health plan and/or for a provider's office
- Microsoft Office specialist with exceptional analytical and data representation expertise
