An analytics company is filling a position for a Telecommute Quality Software Engineering Team Leader in Broomfield.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating all aspects of talent management
• Aligning the team to support new product features and development initiatives
• Navigating the team through changes in organizational objectives and shifting priorities

Position Requirements Include:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of QE experience with software products and systems
• Proficiency in capturing, sizing, managing work items with Scrum and/or Kanban
• Ability to provide leadership to an organizationally distributed team
• Ability to effectively communicate changes in the team assignments
• Deep understanding and commitment to modern software engineering principles/processes
