Job Summary

A national non-profit needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Racial and Economic Justice Regional Community Organizer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building strong chapters and member leaders aligned with national goals
• Organizing 3 regionally based chapters to set annual goals
• Supporting national organizing priorities and special projects

Qualifications Include:

• 30-40 days a year of travel is required
• 2 years of experience (paid or unpaid) developing leaders and mobilizing a base
• Able to build strong relationships across difference
• Self-directed and able to work remotely
• Desire to do transformative organizing of a multiracial base of young wealthy people
• Demonstrated commitment to racial and economic justice
