Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Radiology Scheduling Patient Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Obtaining current patient information from established and new patients
• Scheduling and re-scheduling appointments as needed
• Accurately messaging or transferring call to physicians and nurses when protocol indicated

Qualifications Include:

• 1 - 2 years’ experience working in outpatient radiology or hospital/medical scheduling
• Knowledgeable in all modalities, including X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT and Mammography
• HS Diploma or equivalent
