Job Summary

A specialty health management services organization has a current position open for a Telecommute RCM Analyst in Norfolk.

Must be able to:

• Provide weekly status reports on projects
• Maintain library of process, policy, and training documents
• Analyze insurance denial trends and create front end edits/rules to help increase clean claim rates and reduce denial rates

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a biller, collector, coder, or back office support staff
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of payer websites, processes, local, state, and federal requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
